I might have exaggerated a bit, my apologies. This salad won't make you richer, smarter, or kinder. It can, however, save you valuable time and serve as a quick and healthy alternative to those pizza-bagels you've "secretly" been making for the past couple of weeks. I would trust this salad with my life, and I think you should too!
The recipe is absurdly simple: Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Pepper + Salt. Mix it all together and serve with a side of wholesome bread.
Seriously, that easy.
In case you don't know how to dice tomatoes or cucumbers...google it. If you don't know how to pour olive oil, I'm sorry. And finally if you are out of pepper & salt I highly recommend you go buy some.
